Engineered to PERFORM.
Built to LAST.
Silicone and acrylic systems, primers, foam and accessories — manufactured in the USA, from a company with over 40 years of trust.
Over 40 years of trust.
The same job all along: products a crew can trust on a hot Tuesday afternoon and a rep who answers the phone. Anything we add to the line has to earn its place the same way, with data sheets that hold up under scrutiny.

The line we stand behind
A company measured by what holds up.
Since 1987, one standard has run through everything we make.
01 — Built from experience

Roofing came first.
SESCO started in 1987 on the equipment side of roofing, moved into roofing granules, and has manufactured roof repair products since 2008. Every product since has come from a problem someone had on a roof.

02 — Formulated with purpose
Made for the roof it goes on.
Ponding water, chalked single-ply, rusted fasteners, asphalt bleed-through: each SESCO product exists because a roof condition demanded it. What a gallon lays down is written on the data sheet, not guessed on the roof.
Dry-film build per gallon, published on the TDS
Dry mils per gallon at 100 ft²: Ac510, 9 mils / gal; Si750, 15.4 mils / gal.
03 — Made as complete systems
Four steps. One line of products.
Prepare, repair, reinforce, protect. Primers, mastics, fabric and topcoats are formulated to go on in that order, on the same roof.
Silicone and acrylic routes for five roof types
Pr325 cleaner, then a primer matched to the substrate: Pr305 for TPO and PVC, Pr315 to block bleed-through, Pr335 for rusted metal, Pr345 for concrete, Pr355 general purpose.
Si790 silicone or Ac595 acrylic mastic on every lap, curb, drain and penetration. 3004 spray foam where the substrate itself is gone.
Fibered polyester fabric embedded in wet mastic at splits, open seams and alligatored fields, so the repair moves with the roof instead of cracking over it.
Si750 or Si710 silicone, or Ac510 base and Ac550 topcoat, applied to the specified thickness. GripTite walkway pads where people walk.
04 — Backed by people who know roofs
A rep who answers the phone.
SESCO systems go on through roofing contractors and are supported by people who have stood on the roofs they spec. Send the roof type and square footage; a system and the documents come back.

Two chemistries. One decision.
Both turn an aged roof white. Which one goes on comes down to drainage, budget and what the roof will need in fifteen years.
