Technical information
Coverage rates, mil targets, physical properties and estimator output are typical values published for planning. They are not a specification for a particular roof and not a warranty. The current technical data sheet governs; where this site and a TDS disagree, the TDS wins.
Estimates
The material estimator is a planning tool. Real quantities depend on substrate texture, ponding, detailing and application method — a SESCO rep confirms quantities before anything ships.
Roof assessment
The roof assessment report from the 3D roof module is a planning aid based on your answers, not an inspection or a quotation.
Warranty
Warranty terms and exclusions live in the written warranty document. Nothing on this site extends or modifies them.
Documents
Data sheets and safety sheets may be downloaded, printed and included in project submittals and safety files. Reproduce them whole, with the revision date intact.
Changes
Products and published values change as the line changes. SESCO updates this site as revisions are issued.
