Tough detail? The technical team can help.
Odd penetrations, ponding that will not drain, a substrate nobody can identify. Send the drawings and photos; a SESCO technical rep works through it with you and comes back with the system and the detail.
Sections by substrate.
Each section follows CSI three-part format and pairs with the system page's build-up and coverage rules. Request the draft and it arrives with the supporting TDS.

A system for the building you are designing.

The right contractor for your spec.
A preferred contractor installs SESCO systems to the data sheet and keeps the job file — moisture scan, pull test, wet-mil readings. Name the project and the rep pairs you with one in the area.

See the build-up in section.
Each system page draws the assembly layer by layer with the SKU on every band, switches between the silicone and acrylic routes, and lists the coverage rule behind each step.

Frequently asked questions.
Do you provide guide specifications?
Yes — three-part, CSI-format sections for fluid-applied restoration over each substrate, listed above. Request the section and it arrives as an editable draft with the supporting technical data sheets, so the physical properties and application rates in Part 2 match the product.
Can a coating be specified over an existing membrane?
That is the point of the system. A sound TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, SPF or modified bitumen roof is cleaned, pull-tested and coated in place. Two conditions rule it out: saturated insulation and a failed deck — a moisture scan tells you which, and wet sections are cut out and replaced before coating.
Who do I contact with a design question?
Call 1-812-776-6727 or send the drawings through the request form. A SESCO technical rep works through the detail with you and comes back with the system, the detail and the documents.
