Si710 Silicone Roof Coating
A single-component silicone roof coating that cures to a durable, breathable, watertight membrane, holding up to weathering, ponded water and UV without chalking. Inorganic silicone resins, reflective pigments and silane adhesion promoters bond it to SPF, aged acrylic, concrete and metal, to EPDM over a wash primer, and over primed BUR, mod bit, TPO and PVC.
