Asked on most jobs.
Do I have to prime TPO or PVC?
Yes. Pr305 goes down first under either topcoat, at 0.5 gal per 100 ft² on TPO and 1 gal per 100 ft² on PVC, where it also blocks the plasticizer migration that can stain and lift a coating. EPDM takes one wash primer, aged asphalt gets Pr315 bleed-blocking primer, and metal gets Pr335 rust-inhibiting primer over the prepared seams and fasteners.
How do I get the data sheets?
Open the resource library and download them. No login, no form. The same sheets are linked from each product page.
What sizes do the products ship in?
Coatings and primers come in 1, 2 and 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums. The estimator turns gallons into an order line — drums first, remainder in pails — so the count on the truck matches the roof.
How do I get a system spec?
Send the roof type, square footage and a few photos and a rep returns the system and the documents that go with it.
Put SESCO on the next roof.
Roof type and square footage. A system and the documents come back.
