Roof systems
TPO / PVC restoration
Chalked and brittle at the laps, but still adhered. Seal the seams and coat the field. No tear-off.
EPDM restoration
Chalky black rubber with seams letting go. Prime it, seal the laps and turn it white.
Metal roof restoration
Rust at the fasteners, open side laps, sound panels. A details job first and a coating job second.
SPF + coating
Foam is the roof; the coating is the weathering surface. Recoat while the surface is still smooth.
Mod bit / BUR
Granule loss, alligatoring, open laps. Prime it, reinforce the weak spots and cover the field without heat.

Which products go on which roof.
Every system starts with a wash and a pull test. After that, the primer follows the substrate and the topcoat follows the water: silicone where it ponds, acrylic where it drains.
