Pr315 Bleed-Blocking Primer
An acrylic bleed-blocking primer on a polymer emulsion resin, used beneath SESCO silicone coatings over PVC, concrete, modified bitumen and BUR, and to saturate and embed polyester fabric in reinforced fluid-applied membranes. The light-yellow film darkens to amber as it dries — visual confirmation that it is ready for the topcoat. 1 to 1.5 gal per 100 ft² as a primer; 3 gal per 100 ft² with fabric.
