What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the fields you fill in: name, company, work email, phone, roof type, square footage, the products you are interested in and any project notes, and whether you ticked the box to receive SESCO emails. When you send a roof assessment from the 3D roof module we collect your name, company, role, the property location if you give it, email, phone and how you prefer to be contacted, with your roof answers, the marker locations you placed and the contact permission you gave. If we add another form, for example to send you a guide, it says what it collects and offers the same email choice. Technical and safety data sheets download without a form or a login.

Why we collect it

To answer the request — to recommend a system, attach the right data sheets and have a rep follow up. If a project needs a distributor or a preferred contractor in your area, we share only what that partner needs to help. If you ask for SESCO emails, we also use your name and email address to send them.

Marketing email

SESCO sends marketing email (product news, technical updates and offers) only to people who ask for it by ticking the box on one of our forms. The box is never ticked for you, and you do not need it to get a quote or download a data sheet.

Every email says it is from SESCO, gives our postal address (4140 Capital Drive, New Albany, IN 47150) and has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe there, or email info@sescoroof.com, and we stop sending you SESCO emails. We do not buy email lists.

Services that handle it

A few outside services run parts of this site. Each receives only what its job needs:

• Cloudflare hosts the site. Every page request passes through its network, which receives your IP address, browser details and the page you asked for, to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies: the page viewed, the page you came from, your country, your browser and device type, and how fast the page loaded.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a quote request or a roof assessment comes from a person, not a bot. It receives technical details from your browser, such as your IP address, and not what you type into the form.
• Resend delivers each quote request or roof assessment to SESCO by email. It receives what you entered.
• HighLevel sends SESCO marketing email to people who asked for it. It receives your name, your email address and the date you opted in.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information or share it for advertising. We do not email you marketing unless you ask for it, and downloading a data sheet never signs you up.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. Cloudflare’s security checks, including the ones on the quote form and the 3D roof module, may set cookies or store data in your browser, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. The 3D roof module keeps an unfinished assessment in your browser’s storage for the browser session, until it is sent or you choose Start over.

How long we keep it

Project records are kept as long as the project and any warranty tied to it are active. Ask us to delete a record and we will. If you unsubscribe from SESCO emails, we take you off the email list and keep your email address on a do-not-email list, so we do not send you SESCO emails again unless you tick the box again. Unsubscribing does not delete a quote request; ask us and we will.

Your request

Email info@sescoroof.com or call 1-812-776-6727 to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop SESCO emails.

Children

This site is for roofing contractors, design professionals and building owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
