Pr325 Alkaline Roof Cleaner
A heavy-duty alkaline cleaner that prepares weathered single-ply, modified bitumen, BUR and metal before coating. Surfactants and alkaline agents penetrate surface pores to lift dirt, grease, biological staining and atmospheric contaminants; a 2,000 psi rinse carries them off. Diluted 1:4 with water and applied at 1 gal per 100 ft² with 15 minutes of wet contact. A prep product, not a primer or coating.
